1. Corporate Identification
This website is operated by MB CEDAR REALTY, a company incorporated under the laws of Lithuania (Registration Number: 307448272), having its registered office at Europos pr. 34-47, LT-46370 Kaunas. In Spain, the Company operates under the trade name LB INMUEBLES SA.
2. Scope of Services
MB CEDAR REALTY provides specialized professional services, including:

Relocation Assistance: Facilitating the country-change process for professionals moving to Spain.

Property Management: Administrative and operational oversight of rental properties.

Rental Coordination: Acting as a liaison between tenants/professionals and landlords.

Corporate Consultancy: Strategic advisory for entities entering the Spanish market.
The Company explicitly states that it does not engage in the sale of real estate assets.
3. Service Engagement and Fees
By engaging our services, the Client agrees to pay the fees specified in the individual Service Agreement or Invoice. All payments are processed in Euros (€) through our payment provider STRIPE. Service delivery begins upon receipt of payment or as dictated by the specific project timeline.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Given the nature of real estate rental, management and relocation services, the following refund rules apply:

Consultancy Services: Cancellations made before work has commenced may be eligible for a refund, subject to a 15% administrative fee. Once consultancy work has been delivered or the relocation process has initiated significant administrative actions, fees are non-refundable.

Rental-Related Fees: Any refunds regarding security deposits, reservation fees, or advanced rent are strictly governed by the specific Rental Agreement signed between the tenant and the landlord (or the management entity). MB CEDAR REALTY acts as the facilitator; therefore, the terms, notice periods, and refundability of such funds are dictated solely by the clauses within said Rental Agreement.

Service Failures: In the event that MB CEDAR REALTY is unable to perform a contracted service due to internal error, a refund for that specific service portion will be evaluated.
5. Professional Relocation & Third Parties
While the Company assists in the relocation process to ensure a "stress-free" transition, the Company is not responsible for the final decisions of third-party entities, such as government immigration offices, utility companies, or private landlords. Our role is one of assistance, coordination, and consultancy.
6. Limitation of Liability
MB CEDAR REALTY shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the relocation process or the management of properties, beyond the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania. However, for matters specifically concerning property management and physical relocation operations within Spanish territory, the mandatory laws of Spain may apply.

The data controller is MB CEDAR REALTY (Lithuania), operating as LB INMUEBLES SA (Spain). We are committed to protecting the privacy of professionals and companies we relocate.

We collect personal data necessary to execute relocation and management contracts, including:

3. Purpose of Processing

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We may share data with:

5. International Transfers
